Kee Safety was tasked to design a comprehensive roof safety solution for Diana Pet Food Canada because the facility had many roof-level transitions with unprotected edges, leaving a serious fall hazards for anyone accessing the roof.

Due to many sections of the rooftop being covered with snow and ice for at least 6 months out of the year, it was imperative to walk the roof safety to service the many mechanical units. Kee Safety provided KeeGuard and Kee Walk systems which were the best solutions to allow their maintenance team a safe access to all areas of the roof without encountering a fall hazard.
Also, the client just recently had a re-roofing completed and were concerned about damaging and voiding the roof warranty. The fact that KeeGuard Rooftop Railing and Kee Walk modular stair systems are non-penetrating and approved for all roof types, eliminated the customer’s concerns about damaging the roof membrane.
