Easy Maintenance

Kee Pivot^® pallet gates are constructed using Kee Klamp^® and Kee Lite^® fittings. Due to the nature of the system, if the pallet safety gate is damaged from a forklift or general use, the individual fittings can be easily replaced.

- How does the Kee Pivot^® pallet gate ship?
  
  The Kee Pivot^® pallet gate typically ships with pre-cut pipe with the cantilever side arms assembled. To save on lead time, however, some customers may opt to have the Kee Pivot^® pallet gate ship completely unassembled.
- How do I install the Kee Pivot^® pallet gate?
  
  Installation of the Kee Pivot^® pallet gate is simple to complete with a basic set of tools. For complete installation guide check out this video:
- I have low ceiling clearances – can I still use a Kee Pivot^® pallet gate?
  
  Yes, custom pallet gates can be designed to work around low ceilings or small floor areas. Simply contact one of our experts to assist you in solving the problem.
- I have chains in front of my pallet loading area, do I need a pallet gate?
  
  Yes. In it’s most recent fall protection code update OSHA stated that it does not consider chains to protect workers from falling through railing entrances. The reason is simple – to detach and reattach the chain workers have to stand right next to the fall hazard. Using the Kee Pivot^® pallet gate eliminates the possibility of a fall completely.
- How difficult is it to raise and lower the Kee Pivot^® pallet gate?
  
  The Kee Pivot^® pallet gate has cantilever arms designed to balance the weight of the arms for a single person to easily operate. For our largest size, however, we recommend ordering in aluminum to reduce the total weight.
- My forklift damaged the Kee Pivot^® pallet gate – what do I do now?
  
  The beauty of all Kee Safety systems is that they are component based using Kee Klamp fittings. Simply dissemble the fittings in the damaged area and replace with new fittings and pipe.
- What finishes are Kee Pivot^® pallet gate available in?
  
  Kee Pivot^® pallet gate is available in galvanized steel, aluminum, and custom powder coat finishes.
