Kee Line and Kee Track Installation & Testing Training

Master the installation of Kee Line (flexible cable) and Kee Track (rigid rail) systems on complex rooftops like trapezoidal steel, membrane, and concrete decks. This course combines power tool safety, load calculations, and hands-on Hydrajaw testing for compliance of the current legislation and standards.

Once the theoretical training is completed, the student will advance to the practical phase, with a final assessment to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the course material in a final quiz. A minimum score of 80% is required to pass, ensuring you are ready to apply these skills in real-world scenarios.

Upon completion of this course, you will:

  • Gain In-Depth Knowledge: Understand the fundamentals of personal fall protection and the permanent installation of flexible and rigid horizontal lifelines.
  • Apply the Hierarchy of Controls: Demonstrate knowledge and practical application of safety protocols, including proper PPE equipment selection to complement horizontal lifeline systems.
  • Master Installation Techniques: Learn safe installation practices through hands-on exercises and practical assessments on various substrates, including trapezoidal, standing seam, membrane roofs (tray liner and concrete deck), and swaging cable applications.

Minimum Age of 18 years. Candidates need to be physically fit and free from any disability or medical condition that may prevent them from working safely. A self-certified statement of reasonable fitness.
